About Conor Browne
Second Breath was founded by Conor Browne because of lived experience, personal transformation, and decades of disciplined practice.
Conor’s journey did not begin in wellness; it began in struggle.
Earlier in life, Conor experienced periods of substance abuse and homelessness, navigating instability and challenges that many people silently carry. During this time, he came face-to-face with the effects of chronic stress, trauma, and survival patterns held within the nervous system.
Through faith, supportive community, disciplined training, mentorship, and deep personal work, Conor rebuilt structure, purpose, and direction. What began as a path of survival evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others regulate their minds, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover a sense of control and personal agency.
